Position Summary:
Provide customer service to our Washington water services clients and their customers via phone calls, emails, and chat support. Provide water utility billing functions for our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers & Clients and provide excellent customer service
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate party within the Coupeville office.
- File paperwork in office and deposit checks.
- Update billing software and generate utility bills for Client water systems.
- Deposit customer payments accurately.
- Assist with communication with field operators
- Create monthly billing reports for clients.
- Communicate work orders to operations supervisors for scheduling.
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Comply with Company grooming and uniform policy.
- Complete tasks as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Enter meter readings and use general quality control to ensure accurate readings.

Qualifications:
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task and work in an office environment
- Valid driver’s license (or obtain within 90 days if out-of-state), required certifications/endorsements, and satisfactory driving record.

Base hourly range: $19.16 - $26.82 per hour, depending on qualifications
