Organizational Development/DE&I Manager

This role offers the ability to influence the future while growing in your career. The focus of this role is to advise and support strategic initiatives by providing internal consulting using a diversity, equity and inclusion lens to strengthen the organizational effectiveness of the company. You’ll offer coaching and solutions to executives and managers and support change efforts. You’ll direct the development and delivery of non-technical learning programs for the business and manage succession and leadership development while leading a great team of OE and DE&I consultants. 

Day to Day:

 

  • Collaborate with the Chief HR and Diversity Officer and other executives to identify organizational long-term planning needs and develop corresponding OE, DE&I and HR strategies
  • Direct the design and implementation of strategic initiatives and the development of improvement tools, such as training, management feedback and coaching, and assisting in strategies to meet company challenges
  • Coach and support the activities of OE/DE&I staff to design and implement organization development initiatives 
  • Partner with key internal stakeholder groups to support key initiatives such as employee engagement and other projects that build a sense of belonging for all employees and support the DEI Roadmap objectives
  • Design and execute scalable trainings and programs, including toolkits, workshops, and job aides, that strive to more deeply embed DE&I through learning and collaboration
  • Enhance executive, manager, and supervisor effectiveness through feedback and coaching on an individual and organizational level
  • Remain relevant on best practices and recommended strategies for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvement to our overall DE&I Roadmap efforts
  • Maintain current knowledge of changing workforce issues and trends in organizational development including workforce and succession planning

Come on your first day with:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, human resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of related human resource experience specifically in organization development.
  • Experience in the following areas: change and transition management; diversity, equity and inclusion work; performance management; meeting facilitation; employee engagement survey interpretation and action planning; succession planning; leadership development; learning and development program design.
  • General business knowledge.  
  • Leadership experience in developing and inspiring a team.
  • A strong commitment to working in a highly collaborative team environment.  
  • The ability to understand an organization’s critical goals and objectives and the project management skills to develop and execute strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.  
  • Creativity and fun.
  • The ability to build relationships with high integrity and honesty.

Base salary range: $109,500.00 - $156,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications

Annual Target Incentive: 15% target
                                           
Targets are calculated using eligible earnings during plan year participation. Payout, if earned, is based on company and individual performance for each plan year and may range from 0% – 200% of target. Targets are subject to change in subsequent plan years. Must be employed by September 30 in order to receive any prorated payout.
